1. Website use

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business inquiries and genuine purchases. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, copy protected content, submit false information or place fraudulent orders.

2. Product information

We aim to keep product names, sizes, ingredients, directions, prices, images and stock accurate. Packaging, colour and presentation may change without altering the product’s intended identity. Always read the label, ingredient list, warnings, batch and expiry information supplied with the product. The physical label prevails if website text differs.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm processing or dispatch. We may contact you to verify an address, payment, quantity or suspected misuse. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock unavailability, pricing or technical error, invalid information, payment failure, serviceability limits, legal restrictions or suspected fraud. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be handled according to the applicable refund conditions.

4. Prices, taxes and promotions

The checkout total applicable at the time of order includes the product price and any displayed tax, shipping or discount. Promotions may have dates, stock limits, minimum values, usage limits or other stated conditions. A clear pricing error may be corrected before dispatch, with an option to confirm or cancel the affected order.

5. Payment

Available methods are shown at checkout and may include online payment or Cash on Delivery for eligible locations. Payment processing is subject to the provider’s terms. If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference and avoid making repeated payments.

6. Shipping, delivery and risk

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 working days and most serviceable deliveries are expected within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Courier, weather, remote-location or public-restriction delays may occur. Customers must provide a complete and reachable delivery address.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

A cancellation request should be made before packing or dispatch through Contact Us. Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items are handled under the Return & Refund Policy. Personal-care goods that have been opened or used may not be returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, except where legally required or where the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

8. Accounts and customer information

You are responsible for the accuracy of account, contact, billing and delivery information and for safeguarding your password. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised account use. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, brand elements, product photographs, layout and software are owned by or licensed to Excel Marketing unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced, resold, altered or used to imply endorsement without written permission.

10. Product use and limitation

Products must be used according to their labels. Individual response may vary. Website information is not medical diagnosis or treatment advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, ignored warnings, unauthorised alteration or information supplied incorrectly by the customer. 11. External services and force majeure

Payment, courier, map, social and communication services are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their independent systems. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, while we will take reasonable steps to communicate and resolve affected orders.

12. Governing law and contact
